People often ask me, "Do you have anything for eczema or psoriasis?" Then I grab a Lavender goats milk soap. "Yes, we sure do!"

I can't say that our soaps will cure any ailment -- the FDA would be all over that! -- but what I can offer you is feedback from customers who have tried our products and offered their testaments, not only in words but what I have visibly seen.

One woman a few years back bought four bars of the lavender soap. She emailed me a couple weeks later and said her eczema had improved. She now carries it everywhere.

Another woman came to me at a show and showed me her arms: red, inflamed, scaly. I hadn't seen anything like it. She bought a Lavender bar and two weeks later, came to the farmers' market and pulled up her sleeves. Her arms were visibly improved.

I have customers who have had to slather their hands in Vaseline and wear gloves over them at night. Using the Lavender bar — or any of our goats milk bars for that matter — would help. And they did. She said over time her hands weren't so red and dry. I witnessed it; I met her 6 months earlier, noticed how red and painful her hands were, and gave her a couple bars to try to soothe her skin.

Stories like these continue to amaze me. It's humbling to know I am helping people take care of their skin. Here's why it works:

I add bentonite clay (which reduces inflamation), activated charcoal (toxins stick to it, thus removing them) and lavender essential oil, which is often used to treat various skin disorders such as acne, wrinkles, psoriasis, and other inflammatory conditions. It is commonly used to speed up the healing process of wounds, cuts, burns, and sunburns because it improves the formation of scar tissue.

But wait! I forgot to mention the goats milk!

It's EQUALLY powerful (actually more so) when it comes to ingredients in our products. It's rich, creamy, moisturizing and nourishing. Goat milk soap has been proven wonderful for people with dry or sensitive skin, along with conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. It is also perfect for healthy skin that wants to stay that way.

There is no comparison when it comes to handmade soap! Just choose the goat!
