Gracie Pie Apothecary is Illinois’ largest goats milk skincare brand, proudly handcrafted for 10+ years and loved nationwide. Unlike most handmade skincare made with water, we use fresh goats milk for superior nourishment. Your customers will recognize the quality—and they’ll love that you carry our line.

2) Order Minimums & Reorders

• Curation Option: Not sure what to choose? We’re happy to curate a best‑seller bundle. Tell us the product types and how many of each fragrance you want.

3) Shipping & Freebies

• Free Shipping Thresholds.

• Orders $325+ ship FREE.

• Orders $400+ ship FREE and include a complimentary electric lotion warmer (see §7 for why this sells product!).

• Shipping Method/Timing: We ship via flat rate USPS. Most orders ship within 5–7 business days after payment. Tracking is provided.

4) How to Order

• Shop the website: Login and browse graciepieapothecary.com to select products/fragrances, then email or message your picks. Prices shown are wholesale.

• Or request a curated assortment: Tell us your categories (Soaps, Body Butters, Sugar Scrubs, Mud Masks, Luxe, etc.) and quantities per fragrance. We’ll assemble a proven best‑seller mix.

5) Payment Terms

• Due at Ordering: Payment is due at the time of order.

• Forms Accepted: Major credit/debit cards.

6) Merchandising Support

• Product Info Sheet: Your first order includes an 8.5"×11" product benefits sheet you can display near the products.

• First Order Starter Kit: Your first order includes a body butter sample, clean popsicle tester sticks, and two tins—one labeled CLEAN STICKS and one labeled USED STICKS—so you can set up your tester station immediately.

• Signage Templates: Social and shelf‑talker assets are available upon request.

7) Tester Strategy (Proven to Boost Sales)

Body Butter Testers:

• Keep a tester jar of body out along with clean popsicle sticks for people to sample. 

• Customers use a clean stick to sample; discard in the “used” tin.

• Our goat’s milk formulations are crafted for quality and freshness; rotate seasonal tester stock and keep tester jars clean and closed when not in use.

Sugar Scrub Bathroom Demo:

• If you have a public restroom, place a small sugar scrub tester by the sink with clean popsicle sticks and signage directing shoppers to your Gracie Pie display. The scrub requires water—once they feel how soft their hands are, 9 out of 10 make a purchase.

Lotion Warmer = Fastest Sales:

• For maximum sell‑through on body butters, we recommend an electric lotion warmer. Fill with 2–3 jars of Gracie Pie Apothecary lotion and label a small sign: “Warm Lotion Samples.” Customers LOVE warm samples and they convert.

8) Damages, Defects & Returns

• Report Window: Please inspect shipments upon arrival and report any damages or defects within 7 days with photos. We’ll replace items promptly.

• Returns: For safety and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare. Unopened returns must be pre‑approved.

9) Shelf Life & Care

• Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

• Products have a shelf life of approximately 24 months with the exception of soap. Soap never expires.

10) Branding & Social Media

• Please list us as Gracie Pie Apothecary on shelf tags/menus.

• Follow, tag, and share your displays and customer love on Facebook and Instagram. We regularly repost retail partners.
