Welcome to Gracie Pie Apothecary! By subscribing to our membership plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.
1. Membership Plan Overview

2. Billing and Payment

Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method (credit/debit card or other accepted payment methods) to subscribe.

Billing Cycle: Charges will be applied on a recurring basis according to your selected plan (e.g., monthly, or bimonthly).

Billing Date: The membership will automatically charge your card and fulfill your order on the first of every month. Your first membership charge will be at the time of checkout. Subsequent memberships will automatically be charged on the first of every month. Shipments will go out within five days of payment.

Automatic Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.

Price Changes: You will lock in your price based on your subscription. Subscriptions cannot be combined with any other offer or sale.
3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

Refunds: Refunds are not provided for partial membership periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to receive products until the end of the current billing period.
